Biography

Helen Edge is a program manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Biology from Stevens Institute of Technology. She works in the Environmental, Interagency and International Services Branch of the New York District Programs and Project Management Division. Ms. Edge manages the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) and Environmental Interagency and International Services (E-IIS) Program. She has been working for USACE New York District for over 22 years.
