Biography

David Miller is employed by Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. a subcontractor for the U.S. Department of Energy in Grand Junction, Colorado. Mr. Miller has a degree in Environmental and Resource Land Use from Metropolitans State University of Denver. He has over 30 years of experience in project management and environmental characterization and remediation activities, and currently manages projects in support of the DOE's Office of Legacy Management.
