Biography
Mr. Baynes is currently a Project Manager for the Uranium Sequestration Project at the Hanford Site. Mr. Baynes has extensive experience in systems engineering, project management, and technical integration. Mr. Baynes has worked on the Hanford site for over 30 years and over 25 of those years have been spent as a Program or Project Manager. Mr. Baynes has a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Washington.
