Biography

Gunnar Hedin has a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He joined ASEA-Atom 30 years ago when they were building the last of the current nuclear power plants in Sweden. The company later became the Swedish branch of Westinghouse. Most of the time he has been working with different aspects of waste management and plant decommissioning and he is now the product manager for that area within Westinghouse Sweden.
