Biography

Henry-Jacques Neau has been the World Nuclear Transport Institute (WNTI) Secretary General since the 16th of February 2011. He served before AREVA as Director for International Acceptance for Transports and Back-End activities, VP for Risks, then Director for Transport External Relations and Coordination. He left the French Navy as Commander in 1998, after three senior command positions at sea and one in the UK as French Representative to NATO and liaison Officer to the British Royal Navy. He is graduated in Risk Management, Nuclear Reactor control and Security. He will retire WNTI on March 31st 2017 replaced by John Mulkern.
