Biography

Robert Halstead has been Executive Director of the State of Nevada Agency for Nuclear Projects since September 2011. He has 40 years of experience working on nuclear waste issues and has authored or coauthored more than 40 publications on energy policy and impact assessment. In consultation with the Office of the Governor and the Office of the Attorney General, he manages the work of Nevada’s expert team in the Yucca Mountain licensing proceeding.
