Biography

Fred Dilger Ph.D. has 30 years of experience in transportation impact assessments, community impact assessments and nuclear waste transportation. He has directed successful several team planning projects for local governments and other clients including the States of Nevada and California, and the Western Interstate Energy Board. Fred is also a nationally recognized expert on transportation impact assessment. He has extensive experience evaluating the rail and truck impacts associated with the transportation of hazardous materials on local governments. He was appointed by the Governor of Nevada as Executive Director of the Nevada Agency for Nuclear Projects. .
