Resume JUDITH A. HOLM EXPERIENCE: Judith Holm worked for the Department of Energy for over 20 years in radioactive materials transportation management in increasingly responsible positions. She has participated in major programs to ship spent fuel and transuranic waste, including the Three Mile Island shipments in the late 1980’s, planning for and implementing shipments in the Foreign Research Reactor Spent Fuel program, the West Valley rail shipment to Idaho National Laboratory, Brookhaven Research Reactor shipments by barge and truck and supported Cesium shipments from Colorado to Hanford and transuranic waste
