Nuclear Safety Institute
Samoylov Andrey is a senior researcher of the Nuclear Safety Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IBRAE RAN). He graduated from Moscow Engineering Physical Institute (MEPhI) in 2002 as a master degree. He has experience in nuclear safety, development of radioactive waste and nuclear materials measurement techniques, regulation issues on atomic energy use, modeling of radioactive substances transfer in the environment. Last years he has been involving in the projects dealing with the inventory of accumulated (mainly, legacy) RW and safety assessments for non-retrievable RW storage facilities.
