1998 GRADUATED ENGINEER, Environmental Engineering, RWTH Aachen 2003 DOCTOR OF ENGINEERING (DR.-ING.), RWTH Aachen 2003 - 2010 HEAD OF THE WORKING GROUP "Finance and Control" at the Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS), Salzgitter: • Planning and monitoring the costs for the projects / plants Konrad, Gorleben and Morsleben (Asse added on 01.01.2009) with an annual total volume of about 300 million €. 2010 - today SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEER at the Lower Saxony (LS) Ministry for Environment, Energy and Climate Protection, Hannover: • Supervision of the intermediate storage facilities and the pilot conditioning plant at the Gorleben site • Adviser to the Federal Council for "Atomic Questions"
