Biography

After starting his career in (petro)chemicals, refining and utilities; he spent some 15 years in various senior management functions with “conventional” national and international waste management companies in Europe and Asia. He was appointed CEO of COVRA N.V. in 2014. He is representing the Netherlands in the WATEC of the IAEA and the RWMC of the OECD-NEA. COVRA is the Dutch Waste Management Organisation, tasked with management, collection, treatment, storage and disposal of all radioactive waste in The Netherlands.
