Biography

30 years at the Savannah River Site (SRS). Started as Manager for the Offsite Shipment and Disposal of Hazardous and Mixed Waste program from SRS. Served as Project Engineer for the TRU Repackaging and 'Ship to WIPP' program and the conversion of several rooms in the K Area reactor building to store Cat 1 special nuclear material. Prior to SRS spent eight (8) years with the USDA - Soil Conservation Service, directing the soil conservation program for a three county field office. Served 31 years with the National Guard and Army Reserve, retiring as a LTC in a Facilities Engineering Unit. Currently support the NNSA NA-23 Foreign Research Reactor-Spent Nuclear Fuel
