Mr. Certa (retired) was a principal engineer in the One System Strategic and Operations Planning group at Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC. He is a chemical engineer with over thirty five years of experience in waste management and reprocessing at Hanford. Expertise includes system and waste feed delivery planning, near-term operational planning and evaluation of mission alternatives for Hanford tank waste.
