Biography

Ms. Blizzard manages the Small Business Program, for AECOM Management Services Group. In this position, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the supplier diversity program and initiatives to assure equal contracting opportunities for small businesses. She has been a small business advocate for TRW, Northrop Grumman and Harris Corporation. She is active in the small business community serving on several boards of directors and committees for organizations that advocate small business. Joni serves on the boards of the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council , and the Community Business Partnership.
