Biography

Ms. Stacy Charboneau is the DOE EM Associate Principal Deputy Secretary for Field Operations. Her office provides oversight of, and line management for, all EM sites and facilities, to include nuclear operations; construction; environmental restoration; health, safety, and quality assurance; safeguards and security; and emergency management. In addition, her organization provides the development and implementation of new technologies, the Chief Technical Authority, the Chief Engineering Office, and the SRNLPolicy Office for EM. The office supports overall site integration and operations to ensure line management accountability to execute the safe, efficient, and timely completion of the EM Mission
