Biography

Senior lecturer and research team leader University of Helsinki, Department of Chemistry, Laboratory of Radiochemistry PhD in Radiochemistry 20 year experience in R&D of selective ion media, including development of three commercial materials marketed by Fortum Nuclear Services Ltd., Finland. Attended several expert missions for the International Atomic Energy Agency on nuclear waste management issues, e.g. to Chernobyl.
