Dr. Jones is a glaucoma specialist and Residency Program Director at Emory University. He also is the Associate Chief of Ophthalmology of Grady Memorial Hospital. He has specific interest in resident cataract surgery and glaucoma surgery education. He has been active in organized medicine and previously served as the President of the Georgia Society of Ophthalmology.
