Biography

Bryan C. Bower is the Director of the West Valley Demonstration Project in West Valley, New York. The West Valley Demonstration Project is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) managed clean-up of the only commercial nuclear fuel reprocessing facility operated in the United States. Prior to his appointment as the Project Director, Bryan held a number of positions at the Project with increasing responsibilities. Bryan also worked at DOE Headquarters and at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant. Bryan started his career as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. Bryan is a 1985 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and has a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering.
