Biography

Jerry Hsiung is a second-year research student at the Robot Perception Lab with Professor Michael Kaess at Carnegie Mellon University's Robotics Institute. He is interested in efficient optimization techniques in simultaneous localization and mapping, computer vision and sensor fusion algorithms applied to mobile robot navigation. His current research focuses on visual-inertial state estimation using graphical models for dynamic robot motion.
