Biography

Jay Ray has a BS in Chemical Engineering and over 30 years experience in the nuclear field. After graduation in 1981, from the University of Florida, Jay went to work at Norfolk Naval Shipyard where he qualified as a Shift Test Engineer. In 1991, Jay began working for DOE at the Savannah River Site. He is the Senior Technical Adviser for Programs Division and is the Program Manager for the H-Canyon, HB-Line and K-Area nuclear material processing and storage facilities.
