Biography

Dale Hengel is the Controls and Software Engineering Department Lead for the Material Handling Solutions Group of PaR Systems, LLC. He has over 20 years of mechanical and electrical design experience and has been employed at PaR Systems since 2008. Dale studied Engineering at Winona State University and is currently a member of CMAA. For the last 10 years Dale has worked primarily on high integrity crane systems for the defense and environmental industries with an emphasis on remote control, safety, reliability, and challenging environments. Dale Hengel lives in Edina, Minnesota.
