Biography

Mr. Nolan has 28 years of professional experience and demonstrated performance in the areas of D&D project management, remediation project management, and waste management. He has extensive line management, multi-organizational coordination, QA and training program experience. Mr. Nolan led the demolition of K-33 Compactor building at ETTP, a multi-story demolition involving structural dismantlement and conventional demolition approaches. Mr. Nolan was the D&D Operations Manager for multi-million dollar ETTP K-25/27 Phase I Hazardous Material Abatement project in Oak Ridge. Additionally, he has construction and D&D project management experience demonstrated on scopes $20M and larger.
