Biography

Mr. Struttmann, PE, PMP, serves as LATA’s Executive Vice President, Engineering and Environmental Services responsible to bring strong industrial and commercial best practices to LATA’s work that ensure on-specification, on-budget, and on-schedule performance for our clients in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, chemical, nuclear, civil, structural, safety, environmental, fire protection, and value engineering; water and groundwater treatment systems design, installation, and operation; and design of remediation systems. Todd has over 37 total years of experience, including over 20 years of CERCLA project management experience representing complex multi-disciplinary environmental remediation projects totaling over $100M. He has BS and MS in Engineering.?
