Biography

Mr Feldman has a BS in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. He has over 30 years of experience in Nuclear Instrumentation, radiochemistry, radioactive materials packaging and transport and the health and safety hazards encountered in the nuclear power industry. His recent experience is with the Second Line of Defense, program providing LANL technical support for non-proliferation equipment installations in Singapore, Kyrgyzstan, Taiwan, China and Lebanon. He has also acted as a team member for testing and evaluation of the Advanced Spectroscopy Portals (ASP) at LANL. He has performed work for the LANL Off-Site Source Recovery Project as a recovery team member and as a WIPP Characterization Subject Matter Expert. He has performed Search and Secure training for both DOE and IAEA. He is board certified by both the American Board of Health Physics and The American Board of Industrial Hygiene.
