Biography

Dr. Frank Wille Studies in Civil Engineering with specialization in engineering mechanics and PhD in the field of Structural Concrete including material investigations and numerical modelling and analyses. Several years experience in design assessment of spent fuel and HLW casks; involved in planning of drop test programms and numerical analysis at the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing in Berlin, Germany. Head of Division 3.3 Safety of Transport Containers at BAM.
