Biography

David Borak is the Designated Federal Officer for US DOE's Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board. Before joining US DOE, he was a senior policy analyst for the National Governors Association, where he was responsible for coordinating with states on the cleanup of US DOE sites. For ten years before that, he worked for the International City/County Management Association, helping to develop sound environmental cleanup policies for local governments. He has an MPA in Environmental Policy & Natural Resource Management from Indiana University and a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University.
