Biography

Mr. Stanford Makgato is a 3rd year Doctoral Student at the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Pretoria. Stanford received his B. Tech (Hons) in Chemical Engineering and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering at the Tshwane University of Technology. In addition, he has completed Master of Science in Engineering at the University of Witwatersrand. He has gained a wide range of industrial experience and he is currently working for the South African Power Utility, Eskom, as an Engineering Technical Support Manager. Stanford has also been involved in various scholarly activities. His research focusses on desulphurization of carbon-rich source materials.
