Biography

Charlie Rives is a Program Manager for the Jacobs Nuclear Projects and Consulting (NPC) group based in Oak Ridge, TN. He is a senior project and construction management professional with an extensive record of experience in areas including large-scale construction, high-hazard HTRW and D&D, waste management, and environmental remediation projects. Charlie’s experience includes program and construction management roles on projects for the U.S. Department of Defense and Energy, the UK Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, and Fortune 500 private sector clients. He is currently serving as the Program Manager for the SLDA Program under the US Army Corps of Engineers - Buffalo District.
