Biography

Ralf Borchardt is a diploma engineer for nuclear engineering and works at Energiewerke Nord GmbH (EWN) a state owned company. He started his professional career in 1983 in EWN as an engineer for the installation of reactor components. After the final shutdown of the Greifswald NPP in 1990, he was project team leader for cutting and manipulator techniques for remote dismantling on the Greifswald site. From 2009 to 2016 he was project leader of the remote dismantling of reactor of the Obrigheim NPP. Since 2016 Ralf is the Head of the Project Management and responsible for all projects of the EWN.
