Biography

Alex Jenkins is the Decontamination Centre Of Expertise lead for the Sellafield Site. He has a Chemistry degree is a Chartered Scientist, Chartered Chemist and a Fellow of the Royal Society Of Chemistry. His role demands both technical and hands on experience to serve the Sellafield site and wider UK nuclear industry. Alex is responsible for many university research projects, works with several commercial organisations; assessing and developing technologies to improve existing plans or create strategic opportunities.
