Biography

Tom is currently working towards an Engineering Doctorate at the University of Manchester. He graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012 with a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering. While at Leeds he developed an interest in radioactive waste research, looking at impinging jet agitation of waste simulant sediment beds. He is currently researching improvements to a treatment process for radioactive oily wastes alongside project sponsors Arvia Technology Limited.
