Biography

I got the chemistry ph.degree of National Taiwan University in 1997. Then worked in environmental consultant company to provide the service of chemical analysis and consulting projects about 7years. After that, I went to institute of nuclear energy research(taiwan) to do some plasma applications in environmental protection. Recently, I am responsible for the projects about the management of radwaste and decommisioning of nuclear power plant.
