Biography

Conrad Izatt has worked in the Arup Advanced Technology and Research practice for over 25 years and has worked in a wide range of industries including nuclear, automotive, manufacturing, civil and structural, specialising in the simulation of non-linear, dynamic events. He has wide experience in the design and assessment of nuclear waste transport packages. He was the project manager for the conceptual designs of the RWM Disposal Container and MPC designs. He has worked as an expert witness and is the lead technical support on aircraft impact for the UK nuclear regulator for the Generic Design Assessments
