Biography

Chi-Fung holds a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering and an MSc in Advanced Applied Mechanics both from Imperial College London. He is a Chartered Engineer with UK's Nuclear Institute. He is an Associate Director with Ove Arup & Partners and leads their work in the area of radioactive material package design and analyses as well as their support to the UK nuclear regulator ONR. He is a member of the Special Working Group on Computational Modelling for Explicit Dynamics of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Code committee, and a member of WM Sym's Program Advisory Committee.
