Biography

Mr. Carver has over 30 years of engineering, design and manufacturing experience with 28 years at NAC International focused on radioactive material handling hardware and spent fuel storage/transport cask equipment. Mr. Carver is NAC’s Vice President of Engineering and Licensing providing leadership in technical innovation and regulatory compliance for NAC’s Spent Fuel Storage and Transportation Systems. Prior to this role, Mr. Carver has held positions of increasing responsibility within NAC such as Mechanical Engineer, Design Manager, Fabrication Manager, Project Manager, and Director of Projects.
