Biography

Paul has a BA from Colorado College, an MS from the University of Denver, and a PhD in chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley. He performed chemistry research at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 1987-1995, served in Washington DC from 1995 to 2001 at the National Science Foundation and the Department of Energy. He returned to Los Alamos in 2001 and has served as a Project, Program and Line Manager at the Los Alamos TA-55 Plutonium Facility. He is currently a Scientist supporting nuclear material container design, procurement quality, operations, surveillance and life extension.
