Ph. D. from the Technological University of Compiègne, France, in Control Systems, option Mobile Robotics: 1993. D.E.A. (Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies) in Mobile Robotics, from the Technological University of Compiègne, France: 1990. M.Sc. in Automatic Control from La Laguna Institute of Technology, Mexico: 1984. Electrical and Mechanical Engineer degree from the Toluca Institute of Technology: 1980. Since 1994 professor-researcher at the graduated centre of the National Technological Institute of Mexico, campus Toluca. I joined the National Institute for Nuclear Research (ININ, Mexico) in 1995 as a researcher of the Automation and Instrumentation Department.
