Biography

Mr. John Elmer, Speaker Mr. Elmer has 40 years of experience as a project manager and engineer. He is employed by Navarro Research and Engineering and has worked in the DOE system for over 25 years. Mr. Elmer has been the Subject Matter Expert on uranium mill tailings issues on the DOE Legacy Management Contract and is the Navarro project manager for the Defense Related Uranium Mine Verification and Validation project. Mr. Elmer has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and MBA from Western State Colorado University. He is a Professional Engineer in Colorado.
