Biography

Over 35 years of increasing responsibility in the management of complex environmental restoration, waste management, and nuclear/industrial operations. Demonstrated proficiency in program/project management, project planning and execution, program trending and analysis, and program/process improvement. Extensive experience working with regulatory requirements; environmental regulations; and health and safety requirements. Expertise in the planning and management of operations and assessments at federal nuclear and waste management facilities, including in-depth knowledge of the principles of nuclear operations, work planning and performance, safety management, and performance based assessments. RCRA Remediation Director for the cleanup of Los Alamos National Laboratory.
