Biography

Graham Smith is a consultant covering all aspects of radiation protection, focusing on radioactive waste management. He has extensive international experience in Asia, North America and throughout Europe. He is currently working within the Norwegian Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority's bilateral regulatory cooperation program with authorities in Ukraine, contributing to the Canadian NWMO's safety assessment work related to management of HLW and to the Slovenian Radioactive waste Management Agency's safety assessment for L/ILW disposal. He is a member of UK government advisory Committee on Medical Aspects of Radiation in the Environment and an Adjunct Research Professor at Clemson University.
