Biography

Ms. Joy Russell has over 25 years of experience in the nuclear industry. She is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. She holds an MS in Nuclear Engineering from the Univ. of TN. Ms. Russell joined Holtec in 1997 as a Sr. Engineer assigned to the Site Services Group and later to the Nuclear Engineering Group. She later transitioned into Holtec’s Sales and Marketing, where she currently holds the title of SVP and Chief Strategy & Communications Officer. Ms. Russell is also a member of the Company's Executive Committee.
