Biography

Mr. Donnell has 38 years of nuclear power related experience with 24 years of project leadership in commercial nuclear and the last 14 years supporting the U.S. Department of Energy in various roles including General Manager and M&O Licensing Manager for Yucca Mountain. As Vice President – Technical Services, he supports corporate level business initiatives in nuclear waste management and disposition leveraging his extensive technical, licensing, and project management experience.. Mr. Donnell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo and is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado and Ohio.
