Biography

Russell Daniel is currently the Manager of Engineering for Bechtel Nuclear, Security and Environmental (NS&E). Russell has a MS in Nuclear Engineering (Weapons Effects) from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Russell also served as the Technical Director and Design Authority for the design and construction of the Department of Energy (DOE) Waste Treatment Plant. For the past 25+ years, Russell has served in multiple engineering management roles across the Department of Energy complex including Pantex, Savannah River and Yucca Mountain.
