Biography

Jose Maria Gomez earned his degree in Industrial Engineering with a major in Nuclear Engineering by the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) in Spain. He was part of the spanish bid to host the European Spallation Source acting as a neutronic analyst. Later, he worked in nuclear fuel thermal-hydraulics at ENUSA. Currently, he is working for ENRESA in the high-level waste engineering department, collaborating in several spent nuclear fuel storage projects.
