Biography

My career as a lawyer providing advice to clients concerning legal matters affecting the nuclear industry in the United States and in many other countries spans over 50 years. A key focus of my legal advice and clients has been nuclear fuel cycle matters, including disposition and management of spent fuel and nuclear waste. As special counsel for Hunton, Andrews and Kurth LLP, I continue to advise clients and support nuclear industry organizations. A highlight of my career has been my opportunities to provide legal and other support to WMS, as the initial chairman and later as president, and general counsel to WMS.
