Biography

Marty has over 30 years of experience in the environmental industry; 20 of those years working for small business. He joined Fluor in 2012 to lead Capture and Proposal efforts for Fluor’s Technical Support Services Group, focusing on strategic small business opportunities. Marty continues to maintain relationships with small business while supporting Tier 1 pursuits. Marty’s experience includes providing technical and managerial support to remediation and D&D projects at some of the largest DOE Sites as well as DoD’s FUSRAP Program. Marty has a B.S. in Microbiology, an Associate’s Degree in Health Physics, and a MBA in Business Management.
