Biography

As a progressive environmentalist, I recognise the important role nuclear energy must play in transforming the world into a forward thinking, efficient and clean biotechnical network. I have gained a strong understanding of the energy sector through an MEng in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Nuclear Engineering. A research project at the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) enabled a wider understanding of medical isotope production and nuclear waste processing. I am sponsored by the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) on the 2 year nucleargraduates scheme, where I have completed secondments with the NDA, Sellafield and currently Moltex.
