Biography

Joseph graduated with an honours specialization in chemistry from the University of Western Ontario in 2014. He decided to remain at the University of Western Ontario to pursue his PhD in physical analytical chemistry under the supervision of Dr. David Shoesmith and Dr. Jungsook Clara Wren and is projected to graduate in April 2019. His project is funded by the Nuclear Waste Management Organization in Canada and focuses on the effect of radiolytically produced nitric acid on the corrosion of the proposed copper coated container designed for the permanent disposal of high level nuclear waste in Canada.
