Biography
Ben Underwood is an Assistant Chief Counsel for the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center and is duty stationed at the Los Alamos Field Office, where he has served since 2015. Ben began his career with DOE in the Office of the Assistant General Counsel for Litigation, has worked at other DOE field sites, and has practiced law in the private sector.
