Biography

Theresa has more than 17 years of experience in environmental management policy, radioactive and nuclear waste management, environmental laws and regulations, and planning and budget. Theresa currently serves as an advisor to the Associate Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Field Operations in the Office of Environmental Management. Theresa leads the execution of special projects including the application of the Justice40 Initiative in the Office of Environmental Management. Prior to this position, Theresa provided policy and technical guidance to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Waste & Materials Management. Theresa led the high-level radioactive waste interpretation and oversaw efforts in advancing greater-than-Class C low-level radioactive waste.
